About AB6IX
AB6IX (์์ด๋น์์ค) ; [A-B-Six] ; 'AB' in AB6IX stands for 'Absolute' and 'Above BrandNew' while 6IX stand for 5 members and 1 special member, ABNEW (their fandom). AB6IX is a korean boy group debuted on 22 May 2019 under Brand New Music. AB6IX originally formed by 5 members; Lim Youngmin, Jeon Woong, Kim Donghyun, Park Woojin and Lee Daehwi. On 8 June 2020, Lim Youngmin has officially leave the groups.On pre-debut days Kim Donghyun, Park Woojin and Lee Daehwi together with Lim Youngmin participated in Produce 101 Season 2 in 2017. Woojin was placed #6 and Daehwi was placed #3, becoming part of temporary group formed by Produce 101 season 2, Wanna One. Donghyun was placed #28. While Woojin and Daehwi promoting with Wanna One, Donghyun debuted with Lim Youngmin as duo under Brand New Music named MXM in 6 September 2017.Jeon Woong previously had been a trainee under JYP, Woollim, and YG Entertainment. His pre-debut appearances include Infinite Hโs M/V โAs Long As Youโre Not Crazyโ and the Mnet survival show Stray Kids, as a YG trainee in the JYP vs YG episodes. Woong was a trainee for four years at Brand New Music and was also a backup dancer for MXM during their first tour.
